กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม  โดย  กองพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมรายสาขา 1  การพัฒนาศักยภาพการสร้างสรรค์นักออกแบบไทยด้วย Fashion  Designer  Creation  Model และแนวคิด Innefashion  เพื่อร่วมสร้างสรรค์คอลเลคชั่นสินค้า    ..โดยการสมัครรับการเลือกสรร จาก 300 คนเหลือ 100 คนและคัดเหลือ 30คน และรอบสุดท้ายก่อนชนะเลิศคัดเหลือ 6 คน  โดยคุณสิริวารี  นำเสนอธีม Tropical  Artisan   นำเสนอ คอลเลคชั่นเสื้อคลุ้ม 5 สไตล์ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ กลุ่มคนทำงาน  อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น

โดยมีแรงบันดาลใจ จากการไปท่องเทียว พบเห็นพืชพรรณธัญหาร ต้นไม้ ต้นหญ้า และนำมาซึ่งการใช้ปอในการทอผ้า และไปหมู่บ้านอาข่า ที่จังหวัดเชียงราย เห็นการปักผ้าดอกไม้ป่าใช้เส้นไหม ปักลงไปริ่มขอบผ้า เล็ก ๆ  ไม่เด่นมากนัก แต่ดูแล้วมีเสน๋ห์และและละเมียดละไม จึงมีความคิดนำผ้าทอจากปอ หรือผ้าฮัม มาทำเป็นเสื้อคลุ้ม หมักโคลนและปักลายดอกไม้ป้าของกลุ่มอาข่า ลงไปในเสื้อ ทำให้เสื้อของเธอมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว
